Game description
There once rested deep within the mountains, a prosperous, peaceful city. It was a hidden Eden away from the wars and toils of the world around it, and was home to every race. They all lived happily, at peace among each other, even forming friendships. Trade was high, spirits were high, all was well within the city.
But then it happened.

The start of what would become a dark story, the ending of the once peaceful city. A lone traveler walked into the city, dressed only in rags, his face pale, eyes sunken into their sockets. The people of this fair city welcomed him, giving him food, fresh clothes and a home. The man never gave his name, which intrigued the fair people of the city.

The kings of the races, all wondered who this man was. After continually being asked, the man introduced himself as Nevyn, saying he had no home. He was invited to stay within the city The Kings were fools to do so. They allowed a great evil to dwell within their homes, not knowing the sinister intents the man had for the city.
At first, all was well, until a fight broke out between a few dwarves and humans.

The humans said they were paying too much for gems from the dwarves, who responded they weren being paid enough for their hard work mining. No-one knew why the fight happened, except Nevyn. He had secretly convinced the two races that they were being unfairly traded by the other.

The races, both equally greedy in their own ways, fell into his plot. Fights between dwarves and humans increased 10 fold, with fights breaking out across all the city, each fight getting more and more violent. The High Elves within the city, felt that the battle between the two races was getting close to becoming a full blown war, and feared for their safety. They run to hide in the deep forests near the city Nevyn knew of this, and used it against them. He convinced the King of the High Elves, that the war was inevitable, and that they had to act, or the city they loved would be destroyed. Through dishonest words, he tricked the High Elf into thinking the only way to stop the war, would be to kill the Kings of the Dwarves and Humans. In the middle of the next night,

The High Elf king sent assassins from their hidden shelter within the forest to kill the kings. Unfortunately for the High Elf King, Nevyn betrayed him, and warned the other kings of the plot.

The assassins were killed, and a great war began. Human, dwarf, and High Elf bodies began littering the streets. The Dark Elves watched on, in vain amusement, as Dwarven, Human, and Elven numbers diminished slowly. Their amusement was noticed by Nevyn. He found a way to the Dark Elf King, and manipulated his mind. Nevyn told him that he knew the King wanted power, and with all the turmoil going on, that his chance for it was now.

Dark Elves were sent out at night in raiding parties, to kill mercilessly, any human, dwarf or High Elf.
Blood ran deep in the gutters of the city, the smell of decaying corpses, on every street. The city started to fall into ruin slowly, the peace was forgotten

Orcs were finally brought into the battle, when the Dark Elves intelligently began using them as slaves, to carry supplies for the unceasing war. They felt wronged by the Dark Elves, and began a revolt, killing hundreds of Dark Elves before anyone could stop them. Orcs were hunted down, Dwarves sliced apart, High Elves beaten to death, Dark Elves killed mercilessly.

As the war ran on bodies began disappearing, no signs of them anywhere, but soon the dead were seen again, only not dead anymore. They were the undead, without remorse, they killed all of the races, including their women and children. As the amount of dead increased, the number of undead soldiers multiplied.

Chaos reigned over the city, screams of death and pain, now common place. All races tried to kill each other, and no one thought of the sole traveler that had just walked into their once fair city. He was forgotten, but not gone. He hid within the shadows, loving every second of the war, his power over the city increasing with each death.
After unceasing years of war, the races had all lost so many, they had been all but wiped out. The man revealed himself yet again, calling himself the Dark King, and demanded all races become his Slaves. With a great evil might, he crushed the Kings of the Races, along with their forces.
